Want to feel the different between Will/Mind & Embodied Memory? Play No Arrows on Expert for 1-2 weeks. Then turn on Mirror Mode. You'll accidentally transpose hits you usually don't miss because your body will remember movements correlated to the music. It's TRIPPY!

has been removed from the Gartner Hype Cycle. This is interesting because it means that it's now a technology. Not necessarily a mature technology, but a tech that's no longer inflated or deflated by the hype cycle. Good riddance IMO.

I had an *EPIC* 2-hour conversation with Integral Philosopher Ken Wilber about using VR for consciousness transformation + Integral Theory insights into experiential design. We cover A LOT of ground, a lot of vital issues, & ultimate potentials of VR!

The spatial communication that mixed reality enables is going to provide embodied metaphors will make communication & education much more immersive. It's not too surprising to see that it's the who is pioneering how to communicate these qualities of experience.

Fascinating video by showing the impact of VR in classic Tetris champion playing 's TETRIS EFFECT VR game. See the difference that lower latency PSVR makes for cultivating flow states & immersion in his pursuit of a 16-line "Decahexatris!"

Secondly, Apple’s use is temporary and seperate by definition. iPhone “Ten-R” soon to become “XIR” or “Eleven-R”.

The iPhone XR has nothing to do with VR/AR. It's kicked up the semantic battles of XR vs VR/AR. VR/AR is an embodied metaphor that precisely describes virtual vs augmented split. XR is a wonky, industry, efficient shorthand, but "X" is an abstract variable meaning all realities.

I can totally perceive the jumps in full screen & after reading about it, but I missed it on the small embedded. I wasn't looking for that. We're all going to need to upgrade our perceptual systems in order to catch these subtle glitches in The Matrix... until we can't any more.

I failed the Turing Test here. I totally assumed the person in the videos was dancing & this was simply an AI pose matching demo. Nope. Other way around. Pose-to-body translates semantic label maps into photo-realistic videos. Don't trust anything you see. What is reality?
