It would appear that I have magical future seeing powers... alternatively this has been so bloody obvious from the outset that I’d have been barking not to see it...

Any beacon for free trade would stay in the EU; the biggest and most advanced free trade arrangement in the whole wide world, because of its size and power, able to negotiate the best trade deals on the globe, whilst keeping its citizens and environment safe.

21 Tory MPs lost the whip for trying to block a no-deal Brexit. Daniel Kawczynski still has the whip despite speaking at a far-right conference with Islamophobes and anti-Semites. At least we now know what the under Boris Johnson care more about.

It is driving me bananas, when I hear any one from the gov moan about this, the NHS, police, education etc, they have been in charge for 10 blooming years, more than enough time to fix it. Why doesn't any journalist ask that question?

The EU, via its mission to enable trade and the removal of borders and barriers to trade and to its citizens, and its core values of human dignity and human rights, is the most successful peace project in history. It can be described as ‘make trade, not war’. Buffoon.

“Among those who refused the briefing and walked out included the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg, ITV’s Robert Peston and political journalists from the Daily Mail, Telegraph, the Sun, Financial Times, and Guardian.” Well done and about time before you create a mirror image of Trumpland

And so it begins...Journalists have walked out of a Downing Street briefing on Boris Johnson’s Brexit plans after the prime minister’s director of communications tried to restrict it to selected publications and broadcasters

Riddle me this. So Dominic Raab believes it was “rather irresponsible” for Donald Tusk to speak warmly about Scotland joining the EU. But he doesn’t think it irresponsible to negotiate a 590 page Withdrawal Agreement, without reading the 35 page Good Friday Agreement. OK.

‘EU reneges on deal’ turns out to mean ‘EU maintains its longstanding position to which the UK agreed in the Political Declaration’. Not quite the same thing.

Quite right & it was done by corrupting democracy with illegally huge dollops of 'funny money', Psy-ops propaganda techniques normally only used on population during wartime via modern, as yet uncontrolled, social media platforms. Invalid as it was dishonest to its very core.

Hannan knows what he's doing: 1/ pretend brexit is 'done' 2/ dupe his audience onto thinking brexit was no challenge to their way of life. 3/ when, 11 months from now, we fall out with no alignment, blame the EU for this. It's a strategy that turns friends to enemies for money.

I had a conversation this morning with a German Tourists. They told me the UK is a laughing stock in Germany. They believes the UK is viewed as backward nation not just in Europe but across the globe. It is hard to disagree with this German family.

In conclusion I don’t know how anyone can look at these figures and not conclude RLB is a disaster waiting to happen - there’s nothing you can point to as evidence of her being the right choice for leader...nothing

My big worry all along has been that we can imagine a future where a recalcitrant UKGov has whipped up its population to blame the EU for its self-created ills to such an extent that even basic cooperation becomes so politically toxic as to be impossible. That’s where this goes.
