    Isn’t racial representation the least exciting thing to talk about with your minority friend? “We need more Asians in _____.” “I agree!” “I agree!” BORING. I find conversations about self-improvement, religion, and expression much more challenging and entertaining.

    When liberals attack me for defending meritocracy, they usually say something like "merit doesn't exist" or "can't be measured." This is ridiculous. If merit doesn't exist or can't be measured, then why are there cheaters? No one cheats off of stupid or incompetent people.

    Progressives about dismantling racist institutions yet are silent when it comes to Harvard. Calling out one of America’s top institutions for using a race based admissions process seems pretty progressive to me. Why do they deem some incidents of racism to be worse than others?

    You're probably right on the whiteness part, but I would put ability status, moral fibre / perseverance, IQ, before class.

    "Whiteness" - or race in general, in the affirmative-action era - is probably the 8-9th most important "privilege" people have. I'd rank it well behind CLASS, IQ, aggression, and attractiveness...and also behind ability status, orientation, and sex in its 'social justice' lane.

    Notice when I credit hard work and discipline for Asian success, I never use the term “Asian culture.” Asian culture doesn’t propagate success. CULTURE propagates success, culture that can be demonstrated from people of any race; preparation, hard work, two parent families.

    Asian immigrants: no generational wealth ✅ crappy housing markets ✅ faced discrimination✅ Still, they achieve extraordinary success. Lucky for them Critical Race Theory isn't true and advancement into the middle/upper-middle class is still a meritocracy.

    Black population rank between 1970 -> 2010 Atlanta: 13 -> 2 DC: 6 -> 4 Miami: 18 -> 6 Chicago: 2 -> 3 Baltimore: 7 -> 11 Philadelphia: 3 ->5 Black Americans move to new money cities in droves. Yet liberals erroneously describe them as "trapped" and ignored by finance. Wrong.

    To answer those genuinely concerned about helping the underprivileged: you must identify them. Stop using racial proxies to facilitate your charity. The Bible is clear: "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits" (1 John 4:1) Know who truly needs help.

    Either Critical Race Theory means nothing or it means so little that every one of its precepts about structural racism can be overcome with just a little focus on hard work and intelligent life planning, Asian Americans prove. It’s an utterly disingenuous ideology.

    Only 1 percent of "diversity and inclusion" wannabes make it into a prestigious, rich position of being a head of diversity at a UC ($450k/yr) or Chief Diversity Officer at Google ($250k). The aspirants who miss out inherit few marketable skills and a victim mentality.

    The Civil Rights Act - which bans "discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex..." - is completely against the racial "equity" movement preached by today's woke ideologues. The moment you make Civil Rights about racial quotas, you destroy the purpose of the law.
