What’s the endgame here and is the reason for making it so public that they want people to know they are doing it?
Lots of end games, but no secret agenda for publicizing this: One, MIIT and gov bodies have published various crackdown details for decades. Two, sending a clear message that personal info protection is a national priority so apps preemptively get their shit together.
