Kendra, companies change unfortunately, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. The database missing is a huge deal. Did they mention by any chance if there are backups? Also, is it this site http://kendraschaefer.com that's having the problem?

Thanks Kendra, help where and if we can :). On that note, I think I do have something that'd help you a lot with that site, it's a link to a few archive snapshots. It's not a backup per se, however it has an intact version of the site from May 13th - I can DM it your way?
