Along with this, it wouldn't make sense to describe a person as a fig. A fig is not an applicable noun for desribing a type of person. He was using a slur and it is clear.

It's a joke, how hard is it to understand?

Not a defense. The implication of the joke was homophobic.

So? It's still a joke, doesn't matter if you find it offensive.

It's more of a play on where Che was executed. If you wanna think it's not the fig. Something is wrong with you.

That argument is complete BS. The limp wrist? That’s homophobia. Why are you so bad at this?

Except that’s not a defense. It’s not even reasonable, and does nothing to explain the fey limp wrist and the asterisk that is part of the design. You’re simply lying.

I don't know when it was an asterisk it's a fig leaf now. I've no idea what why you're assuming a limp wrist is something gay

He's referring to the stereotype of gay men being excessively feminine. The limp wrist is meant to be a "play" on that stereotype. I put "play" in quotations because it isn't really playing on it per se, just using the stereotype.

Hmm. Plenty of straight people with limp wrists where I'm from.

That's why it's a stereotype. Stereotypes don't represent the truth.
