I'm looking for EU (non-UK) research into #datatrusts and coming up short. @keithporcaro @seanmmcdonald any pointers much appreciated 
There might not be much to find. Most of the EU countries are civil law jxns, which don’t natively feature trusts. Although that’s changing, it tends to mean that their approaches to data governance are rooted in other principles.

I found, and can share, a few sources on how trusts generally might work in Europe. Good research/next steps would be to synthesize that with current data law/policy (e.g. property rights in data).
