Injustice done in Adnan Syed’s Case today. Why fear a retrial? Conviction reinstated by Maryland Court of Appeals.

Proud to be a part of the MN House passing the Equal Rights Amendment bill last night. I’ve been a supporter of this issue for many years. This is critical step for gender equality and women's rights in Minnesota.

Here’s the thing about the 2020 race: DC pundits claim voters aren’t as excited about as they were in 2016. But in the places where actual voters are starting to make choices—like tonight in Council Bluffs IA—it looks like they’re more excited about .

Awesome and brilliant scholars from the mighty University of MN - Morris traveled down to the office to chat about what the AG office does, what’s going on in their lives, and watch us host a press conference. A few future lawyers in the group too!

My job is to protect Minnesotans. I’d rather not have to take the federal government to court, but when they abandon their responsibility to protect American workers, I will use the tools I have to protect Minnesota workers.

Reminder that if you were wronged by Wells Fargo, as too many folks were, you can right that wrong. This is the next stage of the $575M settlement the MN AG office & other states negotiated to hold WF accountable so folks can afford their lives
