Gorsuch is not there to interpret the law, he’s there to rubber stamp the law as written without any deviation. Just like his confirmation hearings. This will be used and abused by the solicitor general as long as trump is president.

Why can't public sector unions establish different levels of membership? If you pay dues, we will defend you at no cost in a dispute with management. If you refuse to pay dues, then you can join the union but you will have to contribute to the cost of the union defending you.
