    Put bad fuel in a car and it’ll break down over time. Why would you do this to yourself ? Lots of fruit and veg, reduce meat intake for you and the environment, exercise more !

    Nice, I had a whole meal muffin with 2 eggs and mushrooms with a little sesame oil to lift the flavour !

    I challenge all companies in 2020 to have walking board meetings or sales meetings etc. We here have been doing this for the last 3 years, stimulate the body for an active mind !

    Raw foods ( always wash them ! ) lots of green veg and reduce your meat intake. Oh and exercise !
