just got off the C at 34th and got wet getting off the train because guess what! it's raining on the platform! cockroaches just started swarming up from the tracks. god bless NYC.

How hard could it be to patch up the cracks/seams/holes in the ceilings 2keep water out, ? Why is this seen as something impossible to do?
