No, what you appear to be saying is that because you're not a woman, his rampant misogyny doesn't bother you. @sarahmei didn't say anything about his self-claimed "pro-choice" status, so I'm not sure why you think that's relevant.

I don't know what RMS is like in real life. But I've read a lot of his manifestos, his code, and even met him twice in real life, and not once heard anything against women, or any other minority. I don't know where you are getting this. Is there something else beside "the joke"?

Well let's see, there's the "virgin rape" thing, the "autistic people are like pets" thing, and the "kids can totally consent to sex with adults" thing. That's just off the top of my head. If you haven't seen any of that...you haven't been paying attention.
