    Agreed. I think explaining how the new org fits strategy 2 all employees increases strong adoption throughout a company.

    A previous employer created a new formal org, but why that org not explained @ my lvl. Should mgmt also explain why to employees?

    Should org alignment be proactive or reactive? In previous job, mgmt created mini-grant competition to spark more innovation.
