My God, these things are what easily break me. I cannot see a child without the opportunity to have access to a dignified education, this is unacceptable.

Our public libraries http://lapl.org are another option.

Usually, yes. But all public libraries are closed right now. Students need to be given hot spots and assignments + materials that don't need constant internet access to complete/use.

Where I live (not California) the schools are giving students equipment so they can attend school (and trying to make sure everyone has internet access also)
