Today, the LA City Council made history by expanding tenant protections citywide. Last September I laid out a list of key recommendations, like Universal Just Cause, that were adopted by the Council and voted into law today. Protecting LA renters is the right thing to do!

Yesterday released a report that reaffirms the need to accelerate efforts for zero-emission trucks. Trucks make up 6% of vehicles on the road but 52% of particulate pollution - eviscerating air quality in Black & Brown communities.
