Metro bus service changes are now in effect, with #MoreMetro bus service, changed bus stops on 15 routes, all-door boarding on 3rd avenue and buses have said goodbye to the transit tunnel.

Street teams have been at key stop locations to answer rider questions since last week, especially about changed bus stops. They're out again this morning.

i read this morning that 5th ave has been converted for one lane of traffic to head in the OPPOSITE direction of the regular flow? how does that work with the lights, and is it all-day, or certain hours? thanks!

The 120 made a stop this morning in Pioneer Square, where there appears to be a new stop, which would be GREAT for me. The sign didn't have any route numbers on it yet tho. Can you confirm that the 120 now has a designated stop in Pioneer Square before getting to downtown? Thx.
The stop at 1st Ave and King Street, for both north & southbound service, is a permanent addition on route 120, as well as routes 21, 55, 56, 57, 113, 121, 122, 123, 125 & the C Line. We're glad this will help your commute.
Why is the 41 not taking the express lanes back to Northgate from Downtown? This is a useless bus for half the journey.
Weren't there supposed to be scanners for all door boarding at 3rd and cherry southbound stop 490?
There should be ORCA readers on both sides of 3rd Ave between Columbia St. and Cherry St., and there's another one planned for 3rd southbound between Cherry and James, closer to James.
