Wouldn't need too much duct tape as you just climb into the interstage on top of S1. Just don't float out in zero G. Might want to throw a mattress in there though because a 3-engine landing burn like the FH boosters did could approach 11g.

Right. Stick 60 people into a hollow glass cylinder. That’s be $1 mill each. You’d need 600 passengers to get it down to the $100K price pt. With no escape system.
