Sadly, it stands for “Falcon”. Although there’s an obvious pun in that.
Elon has never said that. SpaceX's press releases call it BFR, not "Big Falcon Rocket" It was only Gwynne Shotwell, with confident conviction, who used that at the National Space Council meeting.
