I don’t think anyone will be ready to carry out their missions by the March 31 deadline. If Google were to extend the deadline by 6-9 months, maybe one or two teams might be in a position to try.
With some more months, Moon Express. Maybe SpaceIL? Could Hakuto hop on anyone else’s lander?

Yes, SpaceIL. When I talked with them last month about their fundraising effort to finish their spacecraft they were hoping for an extension. They may be further along than MoonEx.
