If Team Indus doesn’t fly, Team Hakuto doesn’t either, since Hakuto has built only a rover that will be carried on the Team Indus lander.

I don’t think anyone will be ready to carry out their missions by the March 31 deadline. If Google were to extend the deadline by 6-9 months, maybe one or two teams might be in a position to try.
