Bottom line with this Trump space stuff. 1. No changes before FY 2019 budget. 2. Two years left in first term at that point. 3. Little/no Moon specific funds spent by 2021. 4. Unless Trump re-elected next POTUS could easily switch back to Mars, asteroid or wherever.
