      But F9 and commercial crew are priorities, not the Heavy.

      39A is a precious commodity for SpaceX until 40 is fixed. Can't tie it up for a not-as-high priority, I suspect.

      Standard multiply SpaceX schedule pronouncements by 2—F9 in Jan, FH at end of 2017. Feels about right.
