      Has the standard deviation of schedule for FH declined yet? Eric's 4/2017 date looks pretty optimistic now.

      39A is a precious commodity for SpaceX until 40 is fixed. Can't tie it up for a not-as-high priority, I suspect.

      Standard multiply SpaceX schedule pronouncements by 2—F9 in Jan, FH at end of 2017. Feels about right.

          In August it was December(?), so by two would have been March. Now need a new date from SpaceX to apply your rule. @SciGuySpace
