      @SciGuySpace I think this year is possible because standard deviation of schedule optimism declines as actual date approaches. @kchangnyt

      Has the standard deviation of schedule for FH declined yet? Eric's 4/2017 date looks pretty optimistic now.

      39A is a precious commodity for SpaceX until 40 is fixed. Can't tie it up for a not-as-high priority, I suspect.

          Standard multiply SpaceX schedule pronouncements by 2—F9 in Jan, FH at end of 2017. Feels about right.
