Hard to call it *re*scoping, since it was never scoped in the first place.

I had in mind what I wanted to do. The data has not been forthcoming from people like Troutman at Langley. Understandably.

But I was very unspecific in my description of what the product would be for the Kickstarter support. It was like, "kill SLS."

Not that that was a realistic immediate goal, more like battlespace preparation for next year. It is ongoing.

Who's going to squander political capital fighting Shelby? Not Dems.

At a certain point, the program becomes simply too absurd to survive. A flying Falcon Heavy will be part of that.
