Doesn't "remonetize" mean you need more money? I'm assuming 30,000 words includes buttloads of specifications.

Remonetize means that I need more money to improve it, just as I did when the last project became a book. I could release now.

And almost a third of the words are an appendix, which is actually a brief history of Apollo for context.

What it's missing is a quantification of the benefits of SLS alternatives, because that's a lot of work.

Basically, I raised enough money for about couple weeks of my time, at standard fully-burdened industry rates.

Hard to call it *re*scoping, since it was never scoped in the first place.
