      @kchangnyt Yes, but I don't think it ever had the capability to get completely out of the atmosphere. That would've been different vehicle.

          @kchangnyt Yes, it could have. In fact, NASA essentially chose to not do that when they selected Lockmart instead of MDAC for X-33.
