No. He mentioned a version of it, but it was not his idea.

There is no actual treatment using UV. As a method for disinfecting airborne pathogens, UV has been used since the 1930s, before Donald Trump was born.

Hypocrisy spreads like a plague. This is not the first Trump comment derided by the left and later parroted and defended in another context.

If there are serious studies investigating UV as a treatment for COVID-19, please share.

Excuse me I missed the Covid19 part of your comment. But they HAVE also tested on covid19 . Killed them no problem. It explodes the virus from within somewhat like a microwaving a potato too long. Lol. Part of Serious study? I’m not sure. you have to ask sterilray.

UV-C lamps including Sterilray’s are for disinfection of air and surfaces, not for treatment of patients. Sterilray makes no claims about the latter.

Well I never said they claimed to do so, as I said they are currently testing on corneas. So its not such a leap to assume that there will be at some point

The point of far UV-C is that it only affects the top layer of (dead) cells. Thus, potentially it could be used for corneal infections but not for the coronavirus, which affects organs inside the body.
