That link tells a really interesting story. Makes me wonder what happened on March 2 and what improved to make the death rate drop.
Probably something they did in late February because of the incubation time of the virus. Anything you do today probably won't show up in the numbers for ~10 days. The South Korean officials jumped on this early and still they'll have ~9,000 cases.
