Wait a second? All the effort and campaigning to get those mosquitoe nets to Africa, in an effort to protect those poor insects from HIV/AIDS; but now we gonna go full scale Nazi chemical warfare on them?
You need mosquito nets too. If there are still 400,000 deaths a year, seems to me that additional tools are essential.
