This is a good event for NASA and SpaceX. Especially cool that Bridenstine understands SpaceX's build-fly-fail-fix philosophy, and iterative design process, which allows for faster development.

Bolden came from the traditional NASA culture. Bridenstine has never been contaminated by that. Still thinks like an aviator.
I can imagine Griffin doing something like this. Maybe not saying things you would want to be said, but he’s able to talk on his feet.

Yes. Honestly, Charlie was never the sharpest knife in the drawer. I think people tried to avoid having him talk off the cuff, especially after the "Muslim outreach" disaster. Griffin got into trouble by being politically incorrect about climate.
