Has Cruz said anything about moon in 2024? Seems that for NASA to have a prayer in getting a plus-up for Artemis, he has to be a vocal advocate.

To my knowledge, he has not. Have seen enthusiastic comments from only a few legislators, and none who really really matter like Aderholt, Serrano, Shelby, etc.
