The general response to the Trump administration's goal of landing humans on the Moon by 2024 has been a jaded shrug. Can't do it. All talk. No budget. NASA isn't capable. Terrible idea. This administration can't shoot straight. And maybe that's all true. But maybe it's not.

I don't recall any. Priorities were: SLS utility Stem funding Ground systems in Florida Stennis contracts SLS jobs Serrano was decent, I thought, in that he was the only one who kind of asked about the 2024 date and whether it was doable. (Sought to paint it as political).

When does Congress start working on the next NASA authorization? That'll show whether the moon in '24 idea has any traction. Esp. with Ted "You're not taking away my ISS, no, no, no" Cruz.
