To add detail: if a crew is aboard the mission profile would be free-return vs the uncrewed DRO stay, so it's a ~7 day mission vs ~21 day mission. They wouldn't put people in an Orion for 21 days... yet. So it's not quiiite 1:1 comparison EM1 w vs w/o crew

Yes. Point was NASA is confident of putting people on the first launch of this giant rocket. (How long the people would stay in space afterward doesn't really play into whether the rocket explodes or not.)
