Kenneth, Pluto has a radius of 1188 km, but is still rejected by many as a Planet (when I was a kid it was a Planet). This new one seems much smaller than Pluto?? But has a highly elliptical orbit?

This one isn't a planet, but there seems to be something that's a super Earth/mini-Neptune out there (not yet found) that's nudging the orbits of these smaller things.

OK, thanks for the clarification! so you are seeing the orbit of this nano-planet being modified that can only be understood if something else is out there.

Correct. Far from definitive but that seems to be what’s happening.
