hey if you build a youth jail, they’ll fill a youth jail. I respect that yr intention is to reduce harm by making a more therapeutic jail but this is a real opportunity to put into practice real alternatives to incarceration plz. Dun Do It

Juvenile detention is for youth committing crimes. So, yes it impacts youth. How many youth are currently detained in King County for felonies? How does that impact the community?
