In the interest of reform, King Co has taken over management of coordinated entry so people have an easier time getting shelter & housing.

We're also collecting and using data and requiring program performance measures as a key component of our service provider contracts.

We cut the percentage of people returning to homelessness in half in the last year.

Tomorrow we will open a new family shelter in White Center, operated by @MarysPlaceWA.

The shelter will have onsite case management, meals, job counseling, & homework areas to help families transition to permanent housing.
