@kcexec What are you doing to assure the most efficient and cost effective solution is chosen for the West Seattle Bridge? Is there coordination with Sound Transit to combine the roadway and light rail construction, as they will end up as concurrent projects?
The West Seattle Bridge will be a regional project that requires the work and cooperation of numerous departments and jurisdictions. Budgets are very uncertain right now, so it's difficult to offer predictions, but cost efficacy & accessibility will be more important than ever.
