What is the status for "In-home/domestic services"? That was in the proposal from earlier this week but not in today's announcement?
King County has announced that in-home services are permitted to operate as outlined in Phase 2 guidance, though that has not yet been released by the State. We're still waiting on that clarification.

Did you receive clarification on this issue? Any sense of when the guidelines will be issued? This seems like it should be a top priority given that phase 2 has been happening for weeks in other counties.
