Wear a face covering when you are at any indoor or outdoor public space.
A face covering is not needed when you are outside walking, exercising, sitting at the park, etc. if you are able to regularly stay arms' length away from other people.

Residents are strongly urged to comply w/ this directive. There is no criminal, civil, or financial penalty for failing to wear a face covering.

Also please point out that private businesses can require masks, because they are a private business.

Also, medical masks may be required for certain health conditions, and those people might need to go into public for food, medication, etc
