Work continue to press forward despite the extent of the outbreak. The only option given to employees is to use sick leave or LWOP. For newly hired employees with no time on the books, we are presented the difficult decision of self quarantine to stay safe or missing a paycheck

No one should be forced into a decision to either stay safe or miss out on the money needed to pay our rent and put food on the table. We have fallen short and we simply could be doing so much more in this regard. I hope we can find reasonable solutions for everyone!
