  Public transit should be free (supported by taxes). In one of the wealthiest cities in the world, where the working class/working poor pay so much in taxes, public transit should be free.

  Giving riders a fresh start is great. However everyone should pay when they board. I take the 131 and all too often I see folks getting on and not paying.
