The 304 commute bus had to turn people going to work away this morning because it had been reduced to a small bus. (I'll assume this decision was to save money) Honestly, hiking is a luxury. King County has very skewed priorities.

When a shorter bus is used in place of a regularly assigned longer coach, it's an issue of vehicle availability & buses being out of service for maintenance. We're sorry for the crowding on your trip today. Trailhead Direct uses buses that would otherwise sit unused on weekends.
