For a volcano alert the cell phone color code is code Grey. Instructions: "Go Down and Over" to the next highest hill away from the lava valley flow. I think it is Team Grey that Assists with getting people out of the "red zone" when Mt Rainier or Mt St Helens blows ash.

Have you got a blaring tornado siren system system for the valley up yet for when it floods? Fortify that dam but ya should have about five blaring horns that are tested on a periodic basis so that people know. Its good business.

Those warning sirens are Only for a test and for dam breaks and please put them high enough on the side of the green river area so as to keep them active when the valley floods. Floods are a communications color code "Blue Alert" for Flooding.
