We were buoyed by yesterday’s decision by the United States Supreme Court to uphold of the 9th Circuit Court’s direction to replace culverts that are blocking salmon from returning to their home streams.
The Amicus Brief I filed in support of Tribes underscored the choices that local, state, and federal government must make to protect healthy habitat and restore what has been lost.
