We were over 86% in the UK & Ireland last fiscal - and I'm still working to find an opportunity to tempt the other 14%!

We heard from @kbaddele at the Summit that participation rates amongst @Cisco staff are around 80% and at @salesforce it is at 87% - typical participation rates in corporate volunteering programmes are around 17% - increasing that is a huge opportunity to increase impact.

Today the first industry placement for Digital T Levels begins . For 6 weeks, students from & will be learning all about the industry from Cisco & our partners. It's a hybrid experience so they're learning how the industry 'works' too.
