One thing we need to do is bring law enforcement back to the 21st Century in Technology. AlaCop needs overhauling and servers updated. We could be 1st state with a NCIC app, already approved by @FBI CJIS standards- app is already built by @UofAlabama but @UACAPS needs funding.
