To amend the 1901 Constitution "the Legislature" needs to send that decision (lottery) to the people. The Governor is very open to the will of the people & very respectful of the Constitution.

The Governor is very polite, never rude. Please, don't be disrespectful to her or her Office. Your candidate Walt Maddox is respectful himself. She is not totally against the Lottery. She has said it may come to a referendum for the people to decide. You're dedicated, though.
