    Starting a job post with questions is not a good approach because most of the time, those questions are dumb. Are you a team player? Are you passionate about truck tires? Just write the truth about what the candidate is going to do every day and get on with it.

    I realize this is Twitter so generic, careless advice is kinda the vibe BUT it's really okay to not give advice on something you are not an expert in. You always have the option to be quiet, even if that tweet button is staring you in the face.

    This is the job post equivalent of a hiring manager saying "jump" and when the candidate asks how high? They say "the sun." This is someone's life. Have the decency to be honest and please learn how to write a damn job posting. Even if you don't learn it from me.

    I feel weird when people call pronouns a "hot topic." Like... this isn't a hot take on some strategy, this is just basic human decency. In fairness, it does seem that decency is a highly debated topic as of late.

    I just had the most remarkable medical experience. By some luck, I selected the gender health advocate for this location as my primary care doctor. That was by far the most seen I've ever felt in a medical environment and it changed the entire experience.

    Give me one reason why you left a job before 1 year for a damn good reason. I'll go first. My boss told me I was not a writer and I had no talent. Yes, really. I made it 10 months. C'mon. Share your stories, they could help someone else see you don't stay for a resume.
