Better to have all clean at once and enjoy while it lasts. Cleaning something every day is exhausting and when you leave a clean bathroom only to enter a gross kitchen, it’s real soul crushing.

I have pondered this same dilemma. I’m thinking of making a list like Ma Ingalls, so the clean/dirty balance at least feels more orderly. Vacuum on Monday, dust on Tuesday, bathrooms on Wednesday, etc.

Can you believe what the quarantine has reduced us to? And yet, I’m obsessed with cleaning systems

I love the “big clean” day, but only if I can get my family on board...and that is proving harder right now so we are doing a lot of short bursts.

I live alone and still can't get everyone in the house on board.

I think you are doing great with either approach. You could just be making a list!

One exhaustive (and exhausting) cleaning day. Plus one extra day a week doing floors and one extra day of a speed dust/wipe down.

, today’s conundrum: when I clean the whole place in a day (sheets changed, floors vacuumed/ mopped, sinks/toilets scrubbed), the
is super clean for 2 days but gross by day 5. When I do a task a day, it’s always sort of clean/dirty. What’s better/worse?
